1) There can only be ONE profile per venue or group of venues (if you run more than one).
2) You will be able to set-up multiple event spaces within your venue(s).
3) A venue can only designate ONE “Main point of contact? as it relates to the email address and telephone.
4) The email you enter will be the address that the system will use for all communications, including holds, challenges, bookings, releases, etc…
5) You and your sales/events team will all use the same login to access your venue’s availability calendar when checking space, forecasting, updating rates, running reports, etc…
